OH CAN-A-DA...USA vs Canada Motorsports Show Down is Inevitable

Virage corporation claims, No CANADIAN driver training program has proven to improve road safety in 30 years - until now.
What's missing in order to link driver-training and improve road safety?

We submit the following:
Visual and objective measures
Independent study
Performance assessments
Verifiable experience

All of the above can be found integrated into simulator-based driver training solutions.

The Simulator Environment Facilitates the use of effective teaching techniques:
1. Demonstration
2. Trial and error (in complete safety)
3. Question and response (with reduced stress and distractions from traffic)
4. Commentary driving
5. Segmentation (easily achieved with the simulator)
6. Individually tailored workload (avoiding saturation point and boredom)
Curriculum Simulator / Automobile

This curriculum is based on fundamental principles of pedagogy
(the science and art of education, that an instructor specifically develops conceptual knowledge and manages the content of learning activities)  that are exceptionally well adapted to the virtual environment:
1. Teaching by objectives (short lessons with specific tasks)
2. Progressing from easy to difficult objectives
3. Progressing from simple to complex tasks
4. Proceeding from the known to the unknown

Theoretical subjects covered include:
Defensive driving “What it means and how it is achieved”
Basic vehicle dynamics and skid control

Typically, practical exercises will be conducted in:
Emergency braking with & without ABS
Emergency lane changes
Reaction times and their effects on stopping distance.
Vehicle handling / steering

NEXT WEEKS FOLLOW UP WILL UNVEIL A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES LEE PERRY'S DADC SIMULATOR, DAN SHEPPARD'S SKILLS SCHOOL, AND HANAFORD'S ADAPTIVE RACECAR!
